21 products, one system

The whole suite, and every wire between the parts.

Four rings around one integration core. Select any product to dim the rest and light up exactly what it exchanges data with — orders, bookings, settlements, shipments, leads.

Integration core

One orchestration spine. Every capability publishes its business events onto it and subscribes to everyone else’s, which is what turns twenty-one applications into a single operating picture.

Shared backbone

Domains and certificates, payments, ledger, CRM, marketing, and the engineering harness that keeps it all shipping. Whatever the business sells, this is already underneath it.

Business packs

The business you actually run — store, restaurant, bookings, property, rentals, travel, learning, workplace safety. Install one, or compose several into one operation.

Cross-border belt

Classification, duty, carriers and fulfilment. Only businesses that move goods light this belt up — and when they do, it attaches to the same orders and the same ledger.

Every product

What each one actually does.

Products with their own public site link out to it. Hovering a card highlights it in the map above.

The wiring

An event envelope, not an integrations page.

Products do not call each other directly. Each one publishes business events onto the integration core in a shared envelope — tenant, correlation id, subject, version — and subscribes to the events it cares about. That is why adding a pack does not require rewiring the packs already installed.

It is also why one support question — “what happened to this order?” — can be answered from a single correlation id that spans the storefront, the payment, the shipment and the journal entry.

One identity, one session
A single issuer covers every capability, so a staff member signs in once and sees only the businesses and roles they are entitled to.
One party, many relationships
The same person can be a guest, a tenant and a buyer. Party resolution keeps them one record with three relationships rather than three records.
One money model
Payments, refunds, fees, payouts and duty are canonical money events. The ledger consumes them; no capability writes its own version of the truth.
Failures land in a queue
Every automation is idempotent, tenant-bound and observable. When one fails it produces an item somebody can act on, not a line in a log nobody reads.

Bring the operation you run today. We will map it onto the packs, and say plainly where 4bizs would not be the right answer.
