Why we are building it
Digitrend spent two decades building integration platforms for organisations where a mis-posted transaction is a regulatory event. The pattern was always the same: the hard part is never the feature, it is the seam between two systems that each believe they own the customer.
Small and mid-sized businesses have exactly the same problem and none of the same budget. They end up with a website that does not know about the till, a booking system that does not know about the books, and a person re-typing the same order at ten at night.
4bizs takes the architecture that solves that at enterprise scale — one business graph, one event envelope, one money model, durable creation operations — and makes it the default for a business with one location and three staff.

Reserved is not the same as ready
A site that exists is not a site that works. Nothing is reported live until every critical stage has actually passed its gate.
Retries must be safe
Every creation and automation is idempotent. Refreshing the page does not create a second business, a second menu or a second charge.
AI proposes, people decide
The assistant drafts, explains and previews. It never performs a consequential write without a typed preview and a confirmation.
Never invent a regulated fact
Legal, financial, safety, licensing and tax details are asked for, imported or left blank. They are never generated to fill a field.
Your data leaves as easily as it arrived
Export and deletion reach every installed pack, not just the one you are looking at. Lock-in through friction is not a business model we want.
Say what is not ready
Some capabilities are mature, some are in pilot, some are integrations rather than native modules. We will tell you which is which before you sign anything.
Honest about the stage we are at.
The individual products in the suite are at different levels of maturity. Several are live and serving customers today; others are in pilot; a few are integrations we are deliberately not calling native yet.
4bizs is in controlled onboarding rather than open self-serve signup, precisely so that no business gets told a capability is ready when it is not. A walkthrough is where we go through that, capability by capability, for your operation.
